I like it.
One critique would be that some parts have too many sounds playing at once. At least, I find that you didn't overshadow your main instruments with the extraneous sounds.

The intro was really long but I stopped minding it so much as the song finally started. When the melody did finally kick in I thought maybe the lyrics for Danny Phantom would play...
